October 19, 2013, at the Travis County Expo Center the England family supported the Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society with their 6th annual fundraiser, the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge.
Aaron demonstrated the level of finesse that can be reached with communication in natural horsemanship, most notably with a smooth sliding stop from a gallop, bridleless, and fun cow work with his son Troy playing the role of ‘cow’. This was Troy’s first public appearance with Hershey, his mustang, and they told the story of their journey to the Mustang Million last month. Riva had great success in the Training Challenge last year with Seraphina, a rescue Thoroughbred. This year she returned to the Expo with both Seraphina and Shine Like A Diamond, the mustang she adopted for the Mustang Million competition last month.
Together the England family demonstrated the truly Versatile application of natural horsemanship in improving communication with horses for any sport.
Thank you Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society for the opportunity to be a part of a such a great event
